Our Story
Dilworth Coffee began with a simple conviction: that exceptional coffee deserves nothing less than absolute focus. We source directly from farms that practice sustainable agriculture, then roast in small batches at our Charlotte location to ensure every bean reaches its full expression.
Our space was designed to be a refuge from the city's noise — a place where the ritual of coffee is honored, where silence is welcome, and where every detail, from grind size to water temperature, is considered.
Our Approach
We work directly with farmers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. No intermediaries, no compromises.
Every roast is limited to 12 kilograms. We track each batch individually, adjusting time and temperature until it's right.
We roast every morning. By the time you order, your coffee has had precisely the rest it needs — never too young, never stale.
